Originally, from New York Susan Feliciano makes Florida her home. She studied painting at Florida International University where she received a BA in Psychology, a BFA in Art and a MS in Art Education. In 2004, she received the Fulbright Memorial Fund, a study grant to Tokyo, Japan. Having exhibited in many venues throughout South Florida, her works are in private and corporate collections in the United States and London. She is one of 24 artists featured in A.K.A., an artist book produced by Ambrosino Gallery. Working in an abstract style, her paintings suggest landscapes. In many ways they are imagined places marking a constructed past.
