Refund & Cancellation Policy

To withdraw from a class students must notify the registration office by phone (305) 674- 8278 at least 2 business days prior to the start date of class.

Students may receive either a partial refund ($20 cancellation fee applies) OR a credit voucher in the full amount if the student cancels at least 2 business days before the class start date.

No refunds or credit vouchers will be issued without 2 business days’ notice.

Refund and cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process.

Memberships are non-refundable. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Art Center South Florida does not offer make-up classes or tuition reimbursement for student absenteeism. Art Center South Florida does not prorate tuition for classes that the student cannot attend.  Art Center reserves the right to postpone classes due to circumstances beyond ArtCenter control-such as severe weather, staff illness or other emergencies. Instructors will provide make-up classes for classes cancelled in these cases.

Art Center South Florida reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. Full refunds are issued for cancelled classes only. We make every effort to notify students of postponements and cancellations at least 24 hours before the first scheduled class. Dates and times are subject to change as necessary. ArtCenter South Florida may elect to postpone a class in order to receive additional registrations to meet minimum enrollment requirements.
