Anastasia Samoylova is a Miami-based artist and photographer. Her work investigates notions of environmentalism, consumerism and the picturesque. Samoylova has exhibited internationally, including Aperture Foundation (New York), Griffin Museum of Photography (Boston), Museum of Contemporary Photography (Chicago), and in photography festivals in Belgium, Brazil, and South Korea. Her work has been featured in publications such as The New Yorker, Foam, and Wired. Her current project Flood Zone addresses environmental issues affecting Miami Beach and its surroundings.
